The land is extreme, with great temperature contrasts between day and night. The soil, poor in nutrients, requires meticulous work and rigorous selection to master a variety as unique as it is authentic, and to reveal its great potential.

Our exceptional team is led by José Hidalgo, one of Spain’s finest winemakers and undoubtedly the one who has best understood the Bobal variety.
